As you step into Villa Kumsal Evi, you're greeted by a seamless blend of modern sophistication and traditional charm.

Step outside onto the private rooftop terrace to bask in the warmth of the sun and savour panoramic views of the azure waters below. The lower terrace is a spacious haven with a private infinity pool and relaxing sun loungers for those glorious summer days. Soak in the ambience of your very own 'cave' pool while listening to the water trickling into the waterfall seating area below. By evening take a retreat on the ample balcony where you can dine with breathtaking sunsets as your backdrop whilst you dine alfresco or simply sit back in the lounge area watching over the glistening turquoise waters.

The spacious living area is adorned with elegant furnishings and tasteful décor, boasting a collection of art pieces that add personality and character to the space. The villa boasts two beautifully appointed bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to provide the utmost comfort and luxury. Both feature Tom Dixon exclusive bathroom appliances plus complimentary travel-sized toiletries. Every detail of the master bedroom has been considered for your relaxation and rejuvenation, from the spa-like bathroom featuring a lavish soaking tub and the Nespresso coffee machine for those slow and easy mornings. At Villa Kumsal Evi, every moment is to be savoured and cherished.

Note: This villa has strict check-in/out days on Saturdays only. Stays of 1 week or two weeks will be confirmed but stays of odd nights such as ten nights, will not be confirmed as this leaves gaps in the booking calendar.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: (Lower ground) Double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, makeup table, bedside table, balcony, ensuite bathroom and WC. 

2. Bedroom: (2nd floor) Double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, makeup table, bedside table, rooftop terrace, ensuite bathroom with bathtub and WC. 

Living Room

The living area is adorned with elegant furnishings and tasteful décor, boasting a collection of art pieces that add personality and character to the space. Large windows invite the natural light and frame fantastic sea views. This space is ideal for relaxing away from the heat of the midday sun. There is a Smart TV and sound bar. The living area leads onto the wrap-around balcony where you'll find the al fresco dining table and built-in bar. 

Kitchen

From the living area to the rear of the property you will find the bespoke state-of-the-art kitchen, fully equipped with premium appliances and porcelain countertops. Facilities in the kitchen include a dishwasher, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, oven and hob. The kitchen is fully equipped with diningware and utensils required for your self-catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The extensive terrace is ideal for passing long summer days and warm summer evenings. There is an infinity pool and a 'cave' pool. There are 4 plush sun loungers and 2 large sun umbrellas. A shower room with a WC is tucked away by the cave pool. From the pool terrace on the upper level, you will find the fully shaded wrap-around balcony. There is a built-in bar which includes a drinks fridge. The dining table is perfectly positioned overlooking the sea. This area is accessible via the large sliding doors off the living area. At the back of the property, you will find the BBQ and a small utility room housing a washing machine and drying rack. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean every Tuesday. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
