Villa La Kumsal 1

Located in at the edge of the sea in the Cukurbag area of Kas Villa La Kumsal 1 offers an exquisite view of the far-reaching Mediterranean and the surrounding Taurus mountains. Our guests are blessed with the choice of both pool and sea holidaying at their feet as this property has exclusive access to the sea, with stone steps leading down to 2 sunbathing platforms just above the waters edge. A sizeable terrace has a gorgeous infinity pool sunken into the centre skirted with sun loungers for leisurely summer days. You couldn’t pick a better spot for alfresco dining with the gorgeous stone-built villa illuminated with soft lighting and the far-reaching sea twinkling in the moonlight. Stylishly decorated with light walls and gorgeous neutral furnishings, our property has the feel of an elegant home from home. A generous living room combines an indoor dining space and there is a large separate kitchen too. There are three lovely bedrooms; two en suite doubles, which open to the sea-facing first floor terrace and a twin room with a separate walk-in shower room.

Kitchen
A bright and airy kitchen provides the perfect space for cooking up wonderful summer meals to enjoy alfresco. Kitchen amenities include a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, and all the utensils and dinnerware required for a 6 guest self-catering stay.

Living Room
The inviting and comfortable lounge has sliding French windows leading out to the terrace and framing the wonderful Mediterranean views. Plush soft furnishings fill the room with decorative fireplace and a TV for entertainment. Satellite connection for the television and free WiFi internet is provided for our guests and all rooms are fully air conditioned.

Terrace and Pool
Complete with private sea access, rock mounted sunbathing platforms, and infinity pool you will never tire of swimming at this striking villa. The generous terrace area is a heavenly space for entertaining, dining and relaxation. Lovely outdoor furnishings provide all you need to make the most of the incredible seascapes day or night. The pool attendant completes daily cleaning of the pool and terrace area.

Cleaning and Maintenance
We clean the villa before your arrival and once per week after check. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit
The security deposit for this villa is £100 which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
