Villa Lamer Kalkan is an attractive and stylish property with uninterrupted turquoise vistas to enjoy inside and outside the villa. Perched in an elevated spot with unspoiled views of the sea and islands, our villa hosts up to 8 guests in 4 modern bedrooms. Situated in the more elevated Kordere area of Kalkan means, you will have more peace and privacy and are still less than a 10-minute drive away from Kalkan's town centre.

The interior has been elegantly finished and has great entertainment features, including a DVD player and multilingual TV channels. You will have a luxurious stay at this beautiful contemporary property with excellent amenities, including an infinity pool, table tennis, pool, and foosball tables.

The outside space is perfect for a holiday with children, including a grass-covered area with a children's playground and a lower-ground games room. The extensive infinity pool integrates a children's pool and a Jacuzzi jet seating area. The pool terrace is furnished with a dining table, sun loungers, and a comfortable shaded seating area from where you can admire the turquoise sea and mountain views. Ideally suited for a large group or family, this villa will leave a lasting mark in your memory. Situated in the Kordere area of Kalkan, you can drive to the town centre in 6-7 minutes and the world-famed Kaputas beach in just 15 minutes.

Living Room

The stylish lounge has a plush seating area ideal for unwinding and entertaining after an active summer day. Located on the ground floor, the living room combines the kitchen in an open plan style. This room is complete with a seating group, TV, DVD player, dining table for 8, free internet, air conditioning, and a separate WC.

Kitchen

An open plan kitchen with a combined living room occupies the same room as the lounge and has direct access to the outer terrace and pool. Modern in style, the kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, dining table, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, oven and hob, and all the utensils required for your self-catering stay.

Garden and Pool

The pool area is very spacious and covers the whole of the front of the building. Our guests can use the elongated infinity pool, which has shallow ends perfect for paddling. The surrounding terrace is furnished with sun loungers, an alfresco dining table, outdoor seating, BBQ, and parasols. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire when booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property. This property is located adjacent to Villa La Mer Azur, and these two villas can be booked together for larger groups where availability applies.
