This luxurious modern villa has great outdoor facilities like it’s large infinity pool and children’s pool as well as plush outdoor furnishings. Living Room
The lounge area is beautifully appointed for entertaining. This room is furnished with a seating group, DVD player, television, dining table for 8, free internet, air conditioning, coffee table and separate WC.

Kitchen
The sleek American kitchen sits adjacent to the indoor dining area and overlooks the pool area. It features a dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, fridge freezer, kettle, microwave, oven and hob and all the utensils required for a self-catering retreat.

Terrace and Pool
Flanked by high fencing for total privacy and fronted by nothing but stunning natural views you can spend leisurely days on this terrace. Our guests have use of an infinity pool with shallow ends where children can paddle. The well-maintained patio is furnished with sun loungers, seating group, alfresco dining table, BBQ and parasols. The pool attendant completes daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance
We clean the villa before your arrival and once per week after check. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit
The security deposit for this villa is £100 which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
