This beautiful generously sized villa is in central Kalkan with 6 bedrooms to sleep 12 guests. Very spacious both inside and out our villa has stunning sea and islands views from every aspect. Spaced over two floors the interior is bright and modern with all rooms and balconies facing the sea. You can spend leisurely hours on the sizeable private terrace which stretches across the front of the villa and ha two large, intertwined infinity pools. Combining luxury design, abundant space and convenient location, our guests will have an amazing time at villa Legend.

Living Room
The lounge area is found on the ground floor adjacent to the pool terrace with access to the outside space through sliding glass doors. This space has been thoughtfully decorated so you can enjoy relaxing evenings indoors. This room is furnished with a seating group, TV, free internet, air conditioning, nest of tables and WC.

Kitchen
The modern kitchen area is open plan in design and has a large island with integrated breakfast bar. This room is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, oven and hob and all the utensils required for a self-catering holiday.

Terrace and Pool
The large terrace is fronted by two interwoven infinity pools and is perfectly equipped for enjoyable outdoor living. The terrace is complete with sun loungers, outdoor seating, alfresco dining table, table tennis table, BBQ and parasols. The pool attendant completes daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance
We clean the villa before your arrival and once per week after check. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit
The security deposit for this villa is £100 which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
