Our 3 bedroom 6 guests capacity villa is found in the peaceful Kalamar area of Kalkan and has a large walled garden and terrace perfect for spending lazy days outdoors. The gorgeous modern interior design will delight our guests as will the 3 en suite bedrooms 2 of which have private jacuzzis. The outside space is equipped for you to savour your days in the sun with a private pool, alfresco dining area and BBQ.

Living Room
The contemporary living room is open plan and connects to the kitchen area. This room is bright and airy with large glass windows looking out onto the garden. The furnishings in this room include a seating group, LCD TV, free internet and air conditioning. For your convenience, this room has full height glass doors which connect the outer terrace to the ground floor living space.

Kitchen
The fitted kitchen is sits next to the living room on the ground floor and has an indoor dining area nad breakfast bar so you can eat in the cool of the air conditioning. With ample space for 6 guests this kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, kettle, microwave, oven and hob. A full set of dinnerware and glassware is provided, and the kitchen has access to the alfresco dining area.

Terrace and Pool
Encompasses by stone walls the private terrace and garden is carefully arranged so you can spend leisurely days under the sun. The private pool and sunbathing terrace sit next to the villa building with green gardens fringing the terrace. There are ample sun loungers, outdoor seating group, alfresco dining table, BBQ and parasols furnishing the terrace patio. The pool attendant completes daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance
We clean the villa before your arrival and once per week after check. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit
The security deposit for this villa is £100 which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
