Villa Lumiere 1 Kalkan sits in the elevated Kiziltas district of Kalkan on a quiet street with a generous pool terrace and excellent outdoor features for rejuvenation on your summer retreat. The patio traces along the front of the villa, with a large private swimming pool as the focal point of the terrace. You can spend your time playing table tennis or making an alfresco feast and dining under the stars by the illuminated poolside. The villa is well appointed to comfortably host eight guests, with four bedrooms, all featuring en suite bathrooms.
The bedrooms trace from the ground floor to the top floor, meaning there is a convenient option for guests with limited mobility to access the shared villa spaces. A tastefully arranged open-plan living space sits adjacent to the pool area, connected by full-height sliding glass doors which seem to bring the outside inside. A fully equipped kitchen, an incorporated indoor dining area, and a plush living room make up the living space. The sitting room is finished in warm coffee tones, and the modern furnishings give it an understated elegance. The upper floor of the property is inhabited by three more luxurious bedrooms arranged as three doubles and a twin. A large shared balcony wraps around the first floor, and all bedrooms have access to sit out on this elevated furnished space. Living Room

This villa has a bright and airy lounge set back from the pool terrace and accessed through large sliding doors. This relaxing area is perfect after a long day in the sun. This room has a seating group, LCD TV, free internet, air conditioning, and an indoor dining table.

Kitchen

The modernised American kitchen is perfectly equipped with a toaster, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, kettle, oven and hob, and all the utensils required for a self-catering retreat.

Terrace and Pool

The spacious terrace offers a lovely private pool and small feature garden, sun loungers, a seating group, a table tennis table, a swing, outdoor seating, BBQ, and parasols. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property. If you are planning a trip for a large party, Villa Lumiere 2 is neighboured by Villa Lumiere 2 and Villa Lumiere 3 which can be booked to host up to 26 guests where available applies.
