Villa Luxury Kalkan, true to its name, is a superb 7-bedroom property that can host up to 14 guests. The villa boasts excellent sea views from the spacious sunbathing patio and infinity pool. The villa interior lives up to its name with top-of-the-range furnishings and striking interior design. A large open-plan living room with an adjoining dining room looks out over the pool. The indoor dining area is arranged with a large table to seat 12 and sits below a double-height ceiling with a mezzanine landing overlooking this space from the first floor. A contemporary fitted kitchen is set back in a separate area from the living room with attractive wooden units and state-of-the-art electrical appliances. An indoor games room with a pool table provides a calm space for your entertainment. The seven bedrooms are configured as two twin rooms and five double rooms, with one master room and a private Jacuzzi. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and tastefully arranged to host your family in style and comfort. All rooms have an en-suite bathroom and furnished balcony or terrace access. With views of the pool and direct outside access, the generous lounge has a relaxing ambience and chic décor ideal for a large family to unwind and cool down on a hot summer day. The furnishings in this room include a seating group, LCD TV, free internet, air conditioning, and a coffee table. For your convenience, this room has sliding doors which connect the outer terrace to the ground-floor living space.

Kitchen

The fitted kitchen is finished to the highest quality and is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, and hob. A complete set of dinnerware and glassware is provided, and the kitchen has views of the pool and sea.

Terrace and Pool

Fully fronted by sea views, the private terrace is carefully arranged so you can spend leisurely days under the sun. The large infinity pool combines the main adult pool and the shallow end, where children can paddle with supervision. There are ample sun loungers, an outdoor seating group, an alfresco dining table, a BBQ, and parasols furnishing the terrace patio. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday.
