Villa Manila

Elegant and striking in its design, Villa Manila Kalkan has excellent outside space for you to enjoy the ultimate summer holiday out of doors. Our villa is in Kalkan’s Kalamar district and has four deluxe bedrooms to sleep up to 8 guests. From every aspect of the villa, you can take in the awesome uninterrupted sea and island views. The generously sized pool terrace has an extra-large infinity pool which combines a curved outdoor Jacuzzi and a shallow pool for children to paddle. At the rear of the terrace are a shady games area and outdoor bar seating where you can have a pre-dinner beverage and get competitive at pool or table tennis before heading out to explore the town by night.
The interior design of this property is second to none and can be appreciated in every room. An expansive open-plan living space on the ground floor is flooded with light by double-sided glass walls and is furnished with high-class, tasteful furniture and light decks. A state-of-the-art fitted kitchen occupies one side of the living space, finished in grey and white tones, with a large breakfast bar alongside an indoor dining space. A floating wooden staircase leads to the upper floors, where the luxurious bedrooms open onto sea-facing balconies. Each bedroom is impeccably finished and has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Crowning the villa is a large roof terrace with a curved seating area and panoramic views of the crystal clear bay. With day-long sun and the perfect aspect to watch the sun sink over the sea, you will have an unforgettable holiday at villa Manila.

Note: This villa has strict check-in and out days which are every Saturday. Stays of 1 week or two weeks will be confirmed, but stays of odd nights, such as ten nights, will not be confirmed as this leaves gaps in the booking calendar. Exceptions to this rule may be made during the low season months and will be at the owner's discretion.

Living Room

The villa interior is finished to the highest standard, and the living room is in a large open-plan space on the ground floor. Flanked by walls that are entirely made from glass, this room is very bright and enjoys pool and sea views. The lounge has a modern style and is an ideal space for entertaining. This room has a seating group, TV, free internet, air conditioning, a coffee table, and WC. The lounge area connects directly to the pool terrace.

Kitchen

The ultra-modern kitchen has a breakfast bar and a range of high-quality modern appliances, including a dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, fridge freezer, water cooler, microwave, kettle, oven and hob, and all the utensils required for your self-catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The sizeable terrace at the front of the villa gets day-long sun. To the front is a large infinity pool with an integrated children’s pool and a Jacuzzi. The terrace patio is arranged with plush garden furniture, including sun loungers, a seating group, an alfresco dining table, a BBQ, and parasols. There is also a terrace bar area with stools and table tennis table, and a pool table. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay with reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property. For other similar properties, please look at Villa Marbella and Villa Supernova.
