Villa Marvellous

True to its name, Villa Marvellous Kalkan boasts uninterrupted views of unspoiled mountains and the far-reaching azure sea. This property is in a peaceful area in Kalamar, with five spacious bedrooms that accommodate ten guests and a private terrace perfectly equipped for summer living. Here you can spend leisurely days soaking up the rays on the sun terrace or cooling off in the bespoke infinity-edged pool, which has optional pool heating for the cooler months of the season.

Designed to connect the living space with some wonderful sea and mountain views, the villa frontage largely comprises floor-to-ceiling sliding doors and achieves this objective to spectacular effect. Every item chosen for the property by its owner has been carefully considered, including numerous one-of-a-kind original designs. A soothing, modern colour palette and appropriate artwork have also been employed throughout.

Villa Marvellous has high standards of craftsmanship and exquisite design throughout the entire property; the bedrooms are no exception. Each bedroom has a sea-facing balcony where you can sip your morning coffee and take in the outstanding views of the islands in real tranquillity. Continue up to the roof terrace, where you can catch the day's final rays and luxuriate in the open-air jacuzzi under a starlit sky.

Kitchen

The contemporary kitchen is American style, with gorgeous views of the sea. A large island at the centre allows plenty of space for preparing your holiday feasts. It features a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, oven and hob, and all the dinnerware and utensils required for your self-catering break.

Living Room

The modern-style living room is an excellent space for entertaining and has access to the outdoor pool via full-height sliding doors. The living room is open-plan and fully air-conditioned. It has an attractive curved seating group, an LCD television, air conditioning, and a coffee table.

Terrace and Garden

The generous terrace has a bespoke infinity pool and sunken bar area with incredible views overlooking the bay at Kalamar. This terrace patio is furnished with sun loungers, BBQ, parasols, an alfresco dining table, and a seating group. At the villa's top is a second terrace with magnificent elevated views of the sea and islands. This terrace is furnished with sunloungers, outdoor seating, and an open-air jacuzzi. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
