Villa Mavi Koy Kalkan sits proudly on the waterfront of Kalkan's most sought-after district of Komurluk. The interior has an understated elegance and a modern yet welcoming design. The main living space combines a spacious lounge and open-plan kitchen, and there are two grand bedrooms within the main building with private Jacuzzies and elevated sea views. A further four bedrooms and a private gym are located one level down via an external entrance, so 12 guests can be accommodated at this property.

• Note: The prices displayed are for 2 guests occupying the villa and this includes breakfast served at the villa for every morning of a reservation. Also included in the price is one return transfer from Dalaman airport and the use of a Captiva Jeep which belongs to the villa. For additional guests, a surplus of £350 per person will be charged.

  Living Room

  Located on the first floor of the property (the entrance floor), the spacious living room is framed by picture windows that capture exquisite views across the turquoise bay. The space is arranged comfortably, with an elegant sitting area extending into an indoor dining area and the kitchen. French doors connect to the first of many glorious terraces, which feature an alfresco dining area and a freshwater infinity pool. A separate WC is located on this floor next to the living space.

  Kitchen

  The spacious kitchen is open plan and combines with the living room and interior dining space. It features a large curved island which serves as a breakfast bar and includes all high-quality appliances such as a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, oven and hob, indoor dining table and all the utensils and dinnerware required for a self-catering stay.

  Gardens, Terraces and Pool

  Outside Villa Mavi Koy are countless layers of grounds of beautifully arranged terraces, mature winding gardens, staggered sun platforms, a private jetty and beautiful facilities. The first substantial terrace is the pool terrace at the side of the main villa building and living space. A large infinity pool provides cooling relief from the midday sun and has spectacular uninterrupted views across the bay. From here, steps lead down to the next level, where 4 of the villa's bedrooms are located. They are fronted by a glorious terrace fringed with greenery, outdoor seating and an open-air Jacuzzi. A cool gym room can also be accessed from this terrace. Winding pebble paths lead down from here through stunning mature landscaped gardens and arrive at the private waterfront beach platforms. This vast space has a large covered kitchenette, BBQ space and reed-shaded dining area ideal for enjoying your breakfasts by the shoreline. The tiered platforms are supplied with sun loungers and scatter cushions so you can soak up the sun all day. For water sports enthusiasts, a local company will gladly provide service to the private jetty to collect you for inflatable or jet ski rides (these services are not included in the villa price).

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property. Villa Mavi Koy can be booked for wedding parties. A 30% Deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

If a booking is made less than 10 weeks prior to arrival the full balance must be paid to secure the booking.

Cancellations are charged as a percentage of the rental cost and apply as follows: Cancellations made more than 70 days prior to arrival: 30% of the total will be charged. Cancellations made 69-43 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total will be charged. Cancellations made 42 days or fewer prior to arrival: 100% of the total will be charged. This also applies to no shows and early departures.
