Villa Mavi Su

Villa Mavi Su Kalkan is in the peaceful Kisla area and offers five en suite bedrooms to host up to 10 guests. This grand building has a beautiful exterior with large pillars and decorative coving, creating a stately look to the attractive facade. This villa has a private infinity-edged pool and sun terrace, which includes an area for alfresco dining and mesmerising views of the turquoise sea. The interior is well-appointed, so our guests can spend their time in luxury. Downstairs is a light-filled living space comprising a fitted kitchen and living room with an indoor dining space too.

All bedrooms are en suite with glass-fronted bathrooms and walk-in showers. They are tastefully decorated and all offer stunning sea views. On the first and second floors, the double rooms open onto a shared wrap-around balcony furnished with tables and chairs and the twin room also has access to a private balcony. You will adore waking up in the morning and stepping out to see the elevated views of the beautiful bay.

Villa Mavi Su is conveniently located within walking distance of the sea and two local beach clubs; Mahal Beach club and Kalkan Beach Park. Living Room

The lounge area is bright and airy, fronted by large glass windows that connect to the pool terrace. The lounge has a relaxing space perfect after a long day in the sun which is furnished with a seating group, television, DVD player, indoor dining table for 6, free internet, air conditioning, a coffee table and a WC.

Kitchen

The kitchen area sits to the side of the living room on the ground floor in a modern American style. It features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, kettle, oven and hob and all the utensils needed for a self-catering holiday.

Terrace and Pool

The pool area has a private infinity pool and surrounding terrace with a built-in BBQ and is furnished with sun loungers, a rattan seating group, an alfresco dining table, a swing seat and parasols. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit
