Living Room

The generous lounge area exudes style and comfort, perfect for unwinding after a long day in the sun. This space has an L-shaped sofa and lounge chairs, a smart TV, complimentary internet, air conditioning, and a coffee table. Direct access to the pool terrace is available through full-height glass doors.

Kitchen

The grand fitted kitchen is well appointed with an elegant open plan style and equipped with a central island and large dining table, a dishwasher, a fridge freezer, an eight-seater dining table, an oven and ample utensils for indoor and outdoor dining.

Garden, Terrace and Pool

This magnificent pool terrace contains an infinity private swimming pool that overlooks the town and bay. The patio has a dining table for alfresco feasting, ample sun loungers, a BBQ, and a lovely outdoor seating set. With a large gazebo, a parasol, and various covered spots, this outdoor area has been built to accommodate visitors comfortably. It's the ideal place to escape the heat and unwind with a good book. The outside space traces upward through the villa with spacious curved balconies, furnished for enjoying the views and a sun trap roof terrace where you can catch the last rays before sundown. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please ask when booking to find out the additional cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
