Villa Max View Kalkan is situated in Kalamar Bay’s elevated area, a 25-minute walk from the old town and high street. This delightful contemporary property, which includes six bedrooms and abundant living space, was thoughtfully crafted to capture the sea views from every perspective. The design features of this villa are a true marvel, with various raised and sunken water features on the outer grounds and an elegantly furnished interior with feature ceilings and soft mood lighting. From the glamorous pool terrace, guests can cool off in the sizeable infinity-edged pool, fringed with floating platforms and plush sun loungers. You can enjoy alfresco dining and lounge at the rear of the terrace beneath a sizeable shaded covering.
The villa interior displays the height of elegant design from top to bottom. A sizeable living room connects with an indoor dining area and an open-plan kitchen. This room is skillfully crafted, and the flow of the space works beautifully. The colour scheme is light and neutral, but the room feels warm and welcoming. A stylish hung staircase leads up to the first and second floors, where 5 of the six bedrooms are located. Each bedroom enjoys access to a balcony or patio, so there is plenty of outside space in addition to the expansive pool terrace.

The kitchen finish is high-quality, with attractive fitting and an island integrated with a breakfast bar. At the side of the kitchen area is a dining table to seat 10, placed below a double-height ceiling and attractive light fittings. Glass doors allow direct access to the alfresco dining area from the kitchen. Amenities in the kitchen include a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, fridge freezer, oven and hob, toaster, microwave, water dispenser and all the utensils and dinnerware required for ten guests self-catering.
Adjacent to the kitchen is an open-plan living space with sliding doors connecting to the pool and patio area. This room features a sumptuous seating group, coffee table and entertainment centre with a wall-mounted smart TV. A cloakroom area and WC are on the ground floor next to the living space.
Terrace, Garden and Pool
The outdoor area offers sea views best enjoyed from the infinity-edged private pool. The pool terrace includes ten integrated floating sun loungers, an infinity pool, parasols, an outdoor seating group, an alfresco dining area to seat 10, and a BBQ. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.
Cleaning and Maintenance
We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.
The security deposit for this villa is £250, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
