Villa Mirage

Villa Mirage Kalkan is a stunning holiday haven in a serene area of Kalamar, Kalkan, with heightened views of stunning sea vistas. This grand four-bedroom property is chic and contemporary inside and out, with a delightful interior design. Beautiful soft furnishings, classy ornamental pieces, and a tasteful colour palette exude elegance while simultaneously creating a homely, welcoming ambience. All bedrooms are en suite with walk-in showers and one with a bath.

Each room has stunning decor and a furnished sea-facing balcony, so up to 8 guests can relax comfortably at this property. Villa Mirage's exterior is equally charming, with a substantial sun and dining terrace cascading down from the interior living space covering a split level. The focal point of the luxurious marble terrace is the excellent salty water infinity pool topped by a raised outdoor Jacuzzi. For the cooler months, the swimming pool can be heated for an additional fee; please ask for details at the time of enquiry.
This property is fitted with an alarm, external CCTV, and two safes for guests' safety.

Living Room

Adjacent to the outer terrace and connected via floor-to-ceiling glass doors, the spacious living room is attractively arranged with a plush sofa, armchairs, and coffee table. The space is kitted out for entertainment with a 42" LCD television, DVD player, and sound system. A cloakroom and laundry room with washing facilities is located within the ground floor living space.

Kitchen

The fitted kitchen has a full range of high-quality electrical appliances, which include a built-in microwave, oven, gas hob, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, and coffee maker. To the centre is a large island that can be utilised as prep space and a breakfast bar with surrounding stools.

Terrace, Garden & Pool

Outside space at the villa is divided between two terraces, one at the pool level and a second on the roof. The main terrace is split between two levels, with steps leading down from the lounging area to the poolside. On the top half of the patio, rattan seating groups provide ample space for reclining in the shade and enjoying your morning coffee. There is an alfresco dining table and a stone-built BBQ to the side of the terrace so the whole family can enjoy feasting under the stars. At the lower section of the patio, the infinity pool which is salty water and fringed with sun loungers, and the entire terrace is surrounded by stunning Mediterranean foliage and flora. The pool attendant provides daily cleaning of the pool and terrace area. On the uppermost floor of the villa is a furnished roof terrace with a comfortable round rattan seat, and a gazebo provides welcome shade. The scenery from this elevated spot is incredible, with far-reaching views which capture the mountains and sea to the horizon.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit
