Enveloped by a lush 1000 m2 garden, Villa Moonlight reveals a captivating natural panorama, providing an idyllic setting for relaxation. Designed to cater to large families and groups of friends, Villa Moonlight graciously accommodates up to eight guests.

Patara Beach is renowned for featuring the region's longest stretch of sandy coastline, enticing with its shallow waters and constant breeze—an ideal haven for windsurfing enthusiasts. This pristine locale is also celebrated as the nesting ground for the globally famous loggerhead sea turtles.

Located just 4 km away in Kumluova and Karadere, the nearest market to Villa Moonlight ensures convenience for our guests. Patara Beach, Turkey's longest sandy expanse, is a mere 8 km away, while the vibrant Kalkan city centre awaits 25 km from our villa. We highly recommend our guests consider arriving by car, as public transportation is unavailable in the area, guaranteeing a seamless and personalised travel experience.

Living Room

The spacious lounge area has a stunning feature fireplace and full-height windows that flood the room with natural light. This comfortable room is ideal for entertaining and relaxing after a long day in the sun. This room has a seating group, a smart TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, and direct access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen

This American-style modern space features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, kettle, microwave, oven hob, and all the utensils and dinnerware required for a self-catering holiday. At the centre of the kitchen is a dining table for 8. 

Terrace and Pool

The patio is arranged so you can enjoy outdoor living with sun loungers, outdoor seating, a table and chairs, an alfresco dining table, a BBQ, and surrounding the private pool. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please ask when booking to find out the additional cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
