The property is built in a loft style arranged over one floor and includes an open plan living, sleeping, dining and kitchen area with floor-to-ceiling glass doors that give direct access to the pool terrace.

The living room has a comfortable sofa area, a 50-inch smart TV with international channels and a Bose sound system. Although you will find a large king-size bed in the bedroom area, a freestanding bathtub and paravanes for an airy separation from the living and kitchen area, there is also a walk-in wardrobe connected to the bathroom. In addition, a separate utility room, a washing/drying machine, and ironing facilities are at your disposal. With entirely unspoiled views of the turquoise sea and harbour and positioned to enjoy the day-long sun, you will have a magical holiday at villa Nana.

The bright and contemporary living room has spectacular views over the bay and opens directly to the terrace and garden. The lounge is designed for total relaxation with a plush seating group, LCD TV, DVD player, table and chairs, free internet, air conditioning, coffee table and guest WC.

Kitchen

The ultra-modern kitchen is striking in design and equipped with the best modern appliances so that you can enjoy a self-catering stay. Amenities include a dishwasher, washing machine, breakfast bar, fridge freezer, kettle, oven and hob and all the utensils you could need.

Garden and Pool

The lovely terrace and garden offer a relaxing ambience with incredible views. A private infinity pool sits at the centre of the patio, fronted by a green garden. Ample sun loungers and outdoor dining and seating furniture are arranged for your comfort. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property. Villa Nana is located in the prestigious Komurluk area of Kalkan and neighbours Villa Afsana and Villa Setara. These villas can be booked together where availability allows.
