Villa Nirvana Bezirgan is an ultra-luxury villa with abundant space and outstanding facilities both inside and out. Located in the traditional village of Bezirgan in the hills above Kalkan, our villa is the perfect place for you to have a dream family retreat. Surrounded by green mountains and clean air, this villa has extensive grounds with a full basketball court and a sizeable terrace with a private swimming pool and table tennis table. The private pool takes centre stage and has Roman mosaic steps for accessible entry. Villa Nirvana's exterior is aesthetically pleasing as it is constructed from local stone, which gives this property an authentic feel.
The interior is stunning and has spacious rooms with top-of-the-range décor. On the ground floor is an open-plan living space which combines an indoor dining area, lounge and kitchen. Decorative light fittings, a feature fireplace and an anthracite-coloured kitchen make for a unique living space. For an extra taste of luxury, this villa has a private jacuzzi in the master bedroom, a sauna and a shower room fashioned like a Turkish bath. Living Room

The elegant living room is spacious and has a fantastic pool and green mountain views. Full-height glass doors fill the room with light and connect the living room to the pool terrace for convenient access. This room is furnished with a seating group, dining table for 6, LCD television, free internet, air conditioning, a nest of tables, a coffee table and a separate WC.

Kitchen

The ultra-modern kitchen is fitted with the highest quality units and counters, with an island in the centre and a feature fireplace. American in style, this room is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer, kettle, oven and hob and all the utensils required for your self-catering retreat.

Garden, Terrace and Pool

The grounds at this villa are out of this world and comprise a basketball court, a sizeable terrace patio fringed by green lawns, and a private pool in the centre. Ideal for guests seeking complete privacy, this terrace is secluded, so you can relax whilst lounging or swimming with the peace of mind that you are not overlooked. The garden patio area is furnished with sun loungers, outdoor seating, an alfresco dining table, a BBQ, a tennis table and parasols. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property. For more mountain retreat villas, we suggest you take a look at Villa Tilya and Villa Kai.
