Villa Nymphe Kalkan was completed in 2021, and this outstanding villa combines contemporary style with luxury fittings. Offering incredible sea and mountain views, this deluxe villa provides up to 8 guests with fantastic accommodation in 4 en suite bedrooms. You can spend leisurely days on the spacious terrace looking out to the crystal-clear sea. The patio area is designed to maximise your enjoyment of outdoor living and features a sizeable infinity-edged pool at the centre with a shallow end where children can paddle. Further back on the patio is an alfresco dining area set with a large outdoor table, a built-in barbeque and a lounging area, all shaded by a large pergola.

The interior is bright and airy and is arranged over two floors. A generously sized open-plan living space on the ground floor combines a kitchen and lounge. This room is fronted by full-height glass windows that allow you to appreciate the stunning pool and sea views while also letting in plenty of sunlight.

4. Bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, vanity table, bathroom and WC. This bedroom is on the ground floor and directly opens onto the pool terrace.

Living Room

The gorgeous living room is bright and airy, decorated in a contemporary style with quality furnishings so you can relax. Complete with seating group, TV, DVD player, iron, ironing board, dining table, free internet, air conditioning, coffee table and direct access to the pool.

Roof Terrace

At the top of the villa is a spacious, furnished roof terrace where you can relax and enjoy the panoramic views. This terrace has a table and chairs and an outdoor seating group.

Kitchen

The top-of-the-range kitchen is open plan and combines an indoor dining area plus a breakfast bar with stools. Modern appliances are provided in the kitchen and include a dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven and hob and all the utensils and dinnerware required for a self-catering property. The kitchen also has direct access to the pool terrace.

Garden and Pool

The large terrace is the perfect space for enjoying long summer days. A private infinity pool with a shallow end for paddling sits in the centre, with a well-equipped patio behind it. The terrace is furnished with sun loungers, a seating group, an alfresco dining table, a hammock, a BBQ and parasols. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit
