Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: Double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, balcony, bathroom, and WC.

2. Bedroom: Twin beds, bedside table, air conditioning, balcony, bathroom, and WC.

3. Bedroom: Double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, TV, bathroom, WC, and roof terrace access. The roof terrace features an open-air jacuzzi and seating area.

Living Room

The front door opens into a corridor with an understairs cloakroom. Double oak doors lead into an open-plan living area with two sofas and two armchairs arranged around a coffee table. The living area also includes an enclosed wood fire, a wall-mounted Smart TV, and sliding doors leading to the pool terrace.

Kitchen

This American-style modern space features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, kettle, microwave, oven hob, and all the utensils and dinnerware required for a self-catering holiday. At the side of the kitchen is a dining table for 6 and glass doors lead from here to the terrace.

Terrace and Pool

The patio is arranged so you can enjoy outdoor living with sun loungers, outdoor seating, an outdoor shower, an alfresco dining table, a BBQ, and parasols surrounding the private pool. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire when booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
