Villa Orion

Villa Orion Kalkan offers an idyllic residence for a large group or multiple families with an exceptional range of in-house amenities. This stunning villa hosts up to 12 guests in 6 luxurious bedrooms, five of which are en suite, and the style is contemporary throughout. If you are looking for a retreat where all amenities are at your fingertips, Villa Orion cannot be beaten. This property features impeccable indoor and outdoor leisure activities that will keep you fully entertained for the duration of your stay. The interior leisure space comprises a pool table and foosball table in a games room with a cinema space and gym equipment. Outside you can enjoy a friendly table tennis match before cooling off in the private pool or get professional on the private tennis court.

The outer terrace is beautifully arranged with a central sunbathing patio that surrounds the private pool. Encircling the terrace space are tended green lawns, and smaller children in your group will love the outdoor playing frame and children's splash pool. Dotted around the terrace and garden, you will find plenty of outdoor seating, including bean chairs, a hammock and swing seats so you can enjoy every aspect of outdoor living.

Leisure Room

In addition to the wonderful outdoor facilities, the property also has a dedicated leisure room with a pool table, cinema space, foosball table and private spa facilities (Turkish Bath and Sauna).

Living Room

The lounge area is bright and airy with a relaxing ambience, perfect for unwinding after an energetic tennis match or dip in the private pool.  This room has a seating group, LCD television, air conditioning, coffee table and WC. Large glass doors lead out onto the pool terrace from the living room.

Kitchen

Designed for optimal usage, the modernised kitchen is generous in size and supplied with all the modern appliances you could desire from self-catering accommodation. When you want to dine in the cool air conditioning, an 8-seater dining table is featured in the kitchen area. In addition, the modern kitchen area is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, fridge freezer, toaster, microwave, kettle, oven and hob and all the utensils and dinnerware required for a self-catering holiday. The kitchen area is on the ground floor, directly adjacent to the pool terrace and features a breakfast bar with stools.

Terrace, Garden and Pool

The outside space at Villa Orion is perfect for an active family. Adjacent to the building is a private patio area furnished with sun loungers that fringe a private pool. A children's splash pool is connected to the main pool, so there is something for all family members. In addition, next to the terrace is a private tennis court, ideal for entertaining guests of all ages and a table tennis table is set back in the private garden space. Shaded areas are arranged with outdoor seating and dining spaces so you can enjoy a family barbecue or take your morning coffee in the garden.  The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area. Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
