Introducing Villa Pablo, a stunning 3-bedroom retreat nestled in the serene Ulugol area of Kalkan. Designed to accommodate up to 6 guests, this villa is a haven of tranquillity, offering a perfect escape for families seeking a rejuvenating getaway.

Unveiling a spacious pool terrace, Villa Pablo treats its guests to breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and surrounding nature. The expansive terrace is an oasis for relaxation and an ideal space for entertaining loved ones. Whether you choose to unwind by the poolside or bask in the warmth of the sun's rays, this area promises hours of leisurely enjoyment. Families with young children will appreciate adding a small grassed area, providing a safe and delightful play zone.

Step inside the villa, and you'll discover an interior crafted with your comfort in mind. The open-plan kitchen lounge exudes modern elegance, creating the perfect setting for shared evening meals. On this floor, guests will find more than just a living space; Villa Pablo boasts an indoor pool, a rejuvenating Turkish Bath, and a sauna, elevating the holiday experience to new heights. The villa comprises two double bedrooms and an additional twin bedroom. One of the double bedrooms houses a luxurious jacuzzi, adding a touch of indulgence to your well-deserved holiday.

While Villa Pablo offers a secluded retreat, it's essential to note its distance from the centre of Kalkan. We recommend guests consider hiring a car to explore the local area, markets, and shops conveniently. The surrounding roads may present challenges, with some parts being steep and rocky, making a 4x4 vehicle an advisable choice for a smoother journey. NOTE: Our villa has an alarm and camera system against possible adverse situations.

NOTE: The last 700 m of the road reaching the villa is steep and slightly stabilised.

Bedrooms

1st Bedroom: Double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, jacuzzi, bathroom-WC and terrace access. Ground Floor

2nd Bedroom: Twin beds, bedside table, air conditioner, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom-WC. First Floor

Living Room

The living room is elegant, combining beautiful tiled floors with sleek and contemporary furnishings. Large patio doors to the front of the living room beautifully frame the pool views and allow direct access to the main outer terrace. This room has air conditioning, a satellite receiver, a wall-mounted TV, a seating group, a coffee table and an air hockey table. 

Kitchen

The American kitchen connects with the lounge in a large open-plan room and features a breakfast bar with stools. Facilities and furnishings in the kitchen include a microwave oven, dishwasher, built-in oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, built-in electric hob, electric kettle, dinnerware for six people, cutlery and glasses. The kitchen is on the pool floor, with views of the pool and terrace.

Pool & Terrace

A spacious terrace is centred by a large infinity pool at the entrance floor level to the front of the living space. Surrounding the pool is a large patio with comfortable sun loungers and an outdoor seating area. To the side of the terrace is a large alfresco dining area shaded by a brand-new pergola and an outdoor seating space. A BBQ is situated at the back of the building, offering more shade for cooking and shelter for the smoke around the terrace. The outside space does not stop there; there is a side garden furnished with bean bags, a swing seat, a slide, and a swing for toddlers. Terrace and pool maintenance are completed daily by the attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please ask when booking to find out the additional cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Deposit: A deposit of £500 is required at the entrance to the villa. The villa will be checked 15 minutes before the departure from the villa.
