Villa Phi

Villa Phi Kalkan is perched on the hills of the elevated Kiziltas district and provides comfortable accommodation for up to 6 guests. This property is aesthetically pleasing, from the well-appointed pool terrace to the building's exterior and interior decor. Outside, the villa boasts an impeccable pool terrace that wraps around the building. This terrace has a sizable infinity pool at the front with deluxe sun loungers placed in the pool's shallow end. There also are two double sun loungers arranged on a raised wooden platform. If you enjoy alfresco dining, you will love spending leisurely days on this terrace which is equipped with a built-in BBQ and outdoor dining area under the relief of a shady gazebo.

The upscale interior displays the height of contemporary design. This villa features its own cinema room, gym, sauna and indoor heated swimming pool. (The is a daily charge to heat the indoor pool. Please enquire with the Kalkan Villas team directly.)

On the ground floor is a spacious and bright living area which comprises a living room and ultra-modern kitchen. This kitchen has both an indoor dining area and a breakfast bar so that you can dine inside or outside at your leisure. On the upper floor, two double en suite bedrooms are fitted with private jacuzzis for an extra taste of luxury.

All bedrooms have sea views, and the first-floor bedrooms have furnished balconies where you can sip your morning coffee while gazing at the turquoise sea. At the top of the villa is a gorgeous furnished roof terrace where you can observe the spectacular sunsets illuminating the town and sea. This terrace offers extra luxury with outdoor seating and a mini rooftop bar so you can prepare a sundowner before heading out to explore the town.

Living Room

The tastefully decorated living room is arranged with a seating group, TV, DVD player, free internet, air conditioning, coffee table and separate WC. Full-height glass windows give access to the outer terrace.

Kitchen

The contemporary fitted kitchen combines with the living room on the ground floor. It features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, kettle, oven and hob and all the utensils required for a self-catering stay. Pool terrace access is provided through large glass doors and there is a breakfast bar and indoor dining table.

Terrace and Pool

A generous terrace surrounds the outside of the building and has a large patio with an alfresco dining area, swing seat and outdoor seating. At the front of the terrace is a large infinity pool with an integrated shallow end where sun loungers sit in the water. A plush wooden sunbathing platform sits just above the pool with a double sun lounger. A second terrace is available on the rooftop with a bar area and outdoor seating.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit
