Villa Porto Kalkan is a phenomenal luxury villa situated a little above the shoreline in the Kisla district of Kalkan, with voluminous outside space following a tiered pattern down to a private beach platform. The multiple outdoor areas of Villa Porto allow you to relax and enjoy your time in whatever manner you wish. There are ample areas of shade and sun all set in attractive mature gardens, which provide a good level of privacy.

The outside spaces are arranged from top to bottom as follows:

Courtyard garden – a stone-paved shady garden to the rear of the ground floor level and is furnished with tables and chairs.

Pool terrace – plush sun loungers are arranged around the split-level infinity pools. The lower pool is shallower and ideal for children, with sunken seating just below the water's surface. Tall palm trees spout out from the pool, making for an attractive feature. To the rear of the pool terrace in the shade of the top floor, the veranda is the alfresco dining area with high-quality BBQ.

Lower garden – green lawn with cabana double sun lounger overlooking Kisla bay.

Private beach platform – steps lead down from the lawn, cut into the cliff side to wooden sunbathing platforms set into the rocks. Just above sea level, the platform is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, and scatter cushions. Steps lead directly into the sea.

Incredible views of the azure bay at Kisla can be appreciated throughout the property, which is spaced over two floors. The interior is equally as striking as the exterior. The use of natural materials in the property's construction and bespoke furnishings give this villa a high-end country home feel. It has three en suite bedrooms that can sleep up to 6 guests in absolute luxury. Both double bedrooms have a private Jacuzzi so you can relax after a long summer day. Note: This villa has strict check-in and out days, which are every Saturday. Stays of 1 week or two weeks will be confirmed but stays of odd nights such as ten nights, will not be confirmed as this leaves gaps in the booking calendar.

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1: Double bed, air conditioning, Jacuzzi, bedside table, wardrobe, bathroom, and WC.

Bedroom 2: Double bed, Jacuzzi, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, bathroom, and WC.

Bedroom 3: 2 single beds, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, bathroom, and WC.

Living Room

The living room is furnished for entertaining and relaxing and directly connects to the outdoor pool terrace. This room has a seating group, TV, air conditioning, and a nest of tables. A separate WC is on the ground floor next to the living room.

Kitchen

The fitted kitchen is open plan and combines with the living room on the ground floor. It features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, oven and hob, indoor dining table, and all the utensils and dinnerware required for a self-catering stay.

Garden, Terrace, and Pool

Outside the villa are split-level grounds which comprise a pool terrace, shaded seating and dining area, and furnished green lawns which lead down to a platform above the sea. The garden and patio area are furnished with garden furniture, including sun loungers, a swing, a BBQ, outdoor seating, an alfresco dining table, and parasols. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
