Villa Poyraz

Villa Poyraz Kalkan offers modern accommodation with a spacious living area and four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and is nestled in a peaceful location of Kalkan's Kalamar Bay. Views of the sea at Kalamar Bay and rolling green hills may be enjoyed from the villa's front patio, which is elegantly arranged. To the side of the terrace is a decorative garden area with outdoor catering amenities, including a BBQ and kitchenette. A sizable outdoor pool table on the terrace's opposite side will keep the whole family occupied on lingering summer evenings. A vast infinity pool and plenty of sun loungers are located on the terrace's central patio, where you can relax and catch some rays. For outdoor feasting, a lovely wooden dining table is available.
The interior covers two floors, with three bedrooms occupying the first floor. Thoughtfully arranged as two doubles and a twin so parents can sleep near children, each room has terrific sea views and access to furnished balconies. At the ground floor level, an expansive living area comprises a chic living room, indoor dining area and modern kitchen. Large sliding doors connect this space to the pool terrace. For guests who require easy access to communal spaces, a ground-floor double en-suite is situated to the side of the living space, and you can also access the terrace from this room. Perfectly positioned so you can observe the spectacular Kalkan sunsets, Villa Poyraz will give you a dream holiday come true.

1. Bedroom: Suite bedroom, double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, LCD TV, bathroom and WC. This room has sliding doors which open out onto the pool terrace.

3. Bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, vanity table, balcony, LCD TV, bathroom and WC.

Kitchen

The kitchen has a unique shape following the contours of the building and has a stylish American design. It is fitted with a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave toaster oven and hob and all the utensils and dinnerware required for a self-catering stay. This room opens out directly onto the pool terrace.

Living Room

The spacious and minimalistic lounge area is the ideal space for entertaining. This room is furnished with a seating group, LCD television, DVD player, air conditioning and coffee table. At the top of the villa is a beautiful roof terrace furnished with a seating group and dining table so that you can admire the elevated views.

Pool and Terrace

The private terrace has an infinity pool with a jacuzzi, an alfresco dining area & BBQ, sunbathing platform, outdoor seating, and a swing. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit
