Villa Rainbow

Villa Rainbow is in the stunning and peaceful Kisla district of Kalkan with 3 bedrooms to host up to 7 guests. The outside space is beautifully arranged with a private terrace and infinity pool which spills out to the sea below. The views from this villa are breath taking and capture the whole of Kalkan, its harbour and crystal-clear sea. Just 300 metres above the sea our villa is conveniently located close to some fantastic local amenities which you can explore comfortably on foot. You will have a great family holiday at villa Rainbow.

Bedrooms

3. Bedroom: 2 single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, vanity table, jacuzzi, bathroom and WC.

Living Room
The chic modern lounge area is combined with the kitchen and indoor dining space covering the whole ground floor interior. The lounge has a relaxing area perfect after a long day in the sun. This room has a seating group, LCD TV, free internet, air conditioning, pinball for entertainment, nest of tables and WC. You can directly access the pool area from the living room via sliding doors.

Kitchen
The kitchen area is stylish and open plan with an indoor dining table for 6 for times when you want to eat in the cool of the air conditioning. It features a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, washing machine, fridge freezer, kettle, oven and hob and all the utensils required for self-catering.

Garden, Terrace and Pool
The outer grounds are beautifully maintained and fringed with a feature garden that looks gorgeous at night when illuminated by ambient lighting. The private terrace has a sunbathing platform and private pool and is equipped with garden furniture including sun loungers, outdoor seating, alfresco dining table, table tennis table, swing, BBQ and parasols. The pool attendant completes daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance
We clean the villa before your arrival and once per week after check. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit
The security deposit for this villa is £100 which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
