Living Room

The open-plan living room is finished to a high standard and has a comfortable seating area. There is satellite TV, air conditioning, dining table and WC. Direct access to the pool terrace is available through sliding glass doors.

Kitchen

The modernised kitchen is fully fitted with all the amenities you could need for a self-catering holiday and looks out onto the pool terrace. The following amenities are provided for the use of our guests: dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, dinnerware and glassware for 10 people.

Terrace, Garden, and Pool

The outdoor area offers sea views best enjoyed from the rooftop terrace. There is a private infinity pool, 10 sun loungers and a parasol, BBQ, outdoor seating group and alfresco dining area. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged conveniently. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
