Villa Safran County Kalkan is a striking property with unique architecture in Kalkan's Kalamar district. This villa is set back from the road and has a high level of privacy as high walls surround it. The exterior is beautifully kept, with mature green foliage trimming the private terrace area. This space comprises a large, curved private pool, a shaded alfresco dining area, a sun terrace and beautiful mature foliage. The swimming pool also has an integrated children's pool, making this property ideal for a family retreat.

Inside the villa, the rooms are uniquely shaped as they follow the curves of the building's architecture. On the ground floor, there is a split-level living space comprising an elegant living room on the lower level and a kitchen with a combined dining room on the upper level. You can directly access the pool area from the living room and the kitchen opens onto the outer dining terrace which is convenient for in-house dining. The living room has a classy ambience and a feature fireplace while the kitchen is sleek and modern with an island that integrates a breakfast bar.

All of the bedrooms are very spacious, with two of them on the lower ground floor and three of them on the first floor above the living area. Each room has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and the master bedroom features a wall-mounted TV and jacuzzi bath. Just a short walk from fantastic local amenities like Kalamar beach club, a range of excellent nearby restaurants, and a supermarket, Villa Safran Country is both convenient and perfectly equipped.

Living Room

The lounge area is a beautiful space for entertaining and relaxing after an active summer day. The living room has a seating group, DVD player, TV, free internet, air conditioning, feature fireplace, coffee table and WC. You can access the pool terrace from the living room via full-height glass doors.

Kitchen

The kitchen area is open to the living room and combines an indoor dining area and breakfast bar so you can eat in the cool air conditioning. This American-style fitted kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, fridge freezer, kettle, oven and hob and all the utensils and glassware required for a self-catering stay.

Terrace, Garden and Pool

The private terrace wraps around the villa building and has a large private pool, shaded outside dining area and children's playground. This space is furnished with sun loungers, a table and chairs, a BBQ and parasols. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property. For more villas with a good level of privacy.
