Villa Safran Maidan

Villa Safran Maidan Kalkan is perched on the hills of the elevated Kiziltas district and provides chic accommodation for up to 6 guests. This property is aesthetically pleasing, from the well-appointed pool terrace to the building’s exterior and interior decor. Completed for the 2023 season, this brand-new villa boasts an impeccable pool terrace extending to the villa's front. This terrace has an infinity pool at the centre with deluxe sun loungers placed at the pool’s edge.  If you enjoy alfresco dining, you will love spending leisurely evenings on this terrace which is equipped with an outdoor dining area and beautiful ambient lighting.

The upscale interior displays the height of contemporary design. On the ground floor is a generous and lavish living area that comprises a living room and ultra-modern kitchen. This kitchen has an indoor dining area and a breakfast bar, so you can dine inside or outside at your leisure. On the upper floor, three double en suite bedrooms are fitted with wall-mounted TVs and bespoke en suite bathrooms. All bedrooms have furnished balconies where you can sip your morning coffee while gazing at the glorious views. The property also features a private garage and water reserve tank.

Bedrooms

1st Bedroom: Double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, vanity table, TV, bathroom-WC and balcony.

2nd Bedroom: Double bed, bedside table, air conditioner, vanity table, wardrobe, TV, bathroom-WC and balcony.

3rd Bedroom: Double bed,  wardrobe, air conditioner, bedside table, vanity table, TV, bathroom-WC and balcony.

Living Room: The luxurious living room is sleek and contemporary, connecting to the outside space via large sliding doors. This room has air conditioning, a satellite receiver, a wall-mounted TV, a seating group and a coffee table.

Kitchen: The American kitchen combines the lounge in a large open-plan room and features an indoor dining area and a breakfast bar with stools. Facilities and furnishings in the kitchen include a microwave oven, dishwasher, built-in oven, refrigerator, washing machine, built-in 4-burner stove, electric kettle, toaster, dinnerware for six people, cutlery and glasses. The kitchen is located on the pool floor, with views of the pool and terrace.

Pool & Terrace: A spacious terrace is centered by a large infinity pool at the ground floor level to the front of the living space. Surrounding the pool is a large patio with comfortable sun loungers and an outdoor seating area. To the rear of the terrace is a large alfresco dining area and outdoor seating space. Terrace and pool maintenance are completed daily by the attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance
We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Deposit: A deposit of £500 is required at the entrance to the villa. The villa/apartment will be checked 10 minutes before the departure from the villa. The deposit will be returned to our guest if there are no problems, such as any damaged, broken or lost items.

Villa Safran Maidan is next to Villa Maidan A and Villa Maidan C, which can be booked together for larger groups.
