A large infinity pool overlooks the bay and mountains, with a good-sized raised outdoor jacuzzi sitting just above the swimming pool. The surrounding patio has plush sun loungers and parasols for times when you want to recline in the heat of the day. Dining and seating areas are arranged on a high part of the split-level terrace with a quality built-in BBQ adjacent to the shaded alfresco eating space.

Equally impressive in its elegance, the villa’s interior spreads over four floors with four en-suite bedrooms hosting eight guests in style. There are three bedrooms on the upper floors and one on the lower ground floor below the pool area, fronted by a well-maintained garden area with a 4-seater dining table. These rooms are arranged as three doubles and a twin, and each is bright and airy with access to private outside space. At the top is a roof terrace with a round jacuzzi and fantastic panoramic views.

Living Room

The contemporary lounge has views across the sea and combines the kitchen and dining area in a large open-plan room. This room has a seating group, TV, DVD player, free internet, air conditioning, and coffee table. You can step out onto the pool terrace from the living room through sliding doors.

Kitchen

The kitchen area sits to the back of the living room and is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, fridge freezer, kettle, oven and hob and all the dinnerware and utensils required for your self-catering retreat.

Terrace and Pool

The terrace is split-level and has a private swimming pool on each platform. At the bottom is a deeper infinity pool with a surrounding sunbathing terrace. The upper terrace has a shallow pool, outdoor lounging, and shaded alfresco dining areas. Ample sun loungers, parasols and garden furniture are provided for our guests. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit
