Villa Samira 3 Kalkan is in a favourable location in the lower Kiziltas district of Kalkan, a short downhill walk to Kalkan's high street. This villa offers bountiful outside space on a large wrap-around terrace with a large private swimming pool and table tennis table to ensure the whole family stays active. There is plenty of room to recline, too, with ample sun loungers fringing the pool and a gazebo-shaded Ottoman seating area at the head of the pool.

Alfresco dining facilities are also provided so you can truly indulge in outdoor living. At the head of the property is a generously sized roof terrace with an open-air Jacuzzi, sun loungers and seating area with incredible views of the town and turquoise bay below. The roof terrace is the perfect spot.

The interior is light, contemporary and comfortable, with a spacious open-plan living space occupying the ground floor. Here you can unwind in comfort and dine in the cool air conditioning during the day's heat. Three en suite bedrooms occupy the upper floors of the villa, each with access to a spacious wrap-around balcony or the upper roof terrace. Note: The large private pool has the option to be heated in the cooler months for an additional fee; please enquire about this facility at the time of booking. Guests staying at Villa Samira 3 can use the facilities at the neighbouring Samira Resort hotel, where there is a large pool, sun terrace and bar serving drinks, snacks and lunch (all edibles will be charged as extra).  Resort facilities include 24-hour reception, breakfast (prices in resort), lunch (prices in resort), dinner (prices in resort), money exchange, communal pool and games lands.

Living Room

The relaxing lounge area is an ideal space for entertaining, located on the ground floor adjacent to the pool terrace. Soft monotone colours and specially designed hung ceilings with led lighting create a calming mood in the living room. This space is furnished with a seating group, TV, complimentary WiFi internet, air conditioning and coffee table.

Kitchen

Arranged at the rear of the ground floor interior space, the modern kitchen is well equipped so you can enjoy a self-catering holiday. It has a dishwasher, washing machine, indoor dining table, fridge freezer, kettle, microwave, toaster, oven and hob, plus all the utensils and dinnerware required. In addition, an indoor dining table to seat six is incorporated into the kitchen space.

Terrace and Pool

The terrace patio encompasses the whole villa building and is well-appointed, with plenty of garden furniture. There are ample sun loungers, comfortable outdoor seating, a BBQ, an alfresco dining table, gazebo shade and parasols. The large private pool can be heated upon request for an extra fee, and there is a shallow end where sunbeds can sit on the water, or smaller children can paddle. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday.
