Villa Serendipity leaves no stone unturned when it comes to providing guests with the ultimate comfort and convenience. The villa features a spacious living area, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a dining space that opens onto a terrace with panoramic sea views. The highlight of the villa is the expansive outdoor area, which includes a private infinity pool, sun loungers, and a shaded dining area for al fresco meals. There's also a rooftop terrace where guests can enjoy cocktails while watching the sun dip below the horizon.

Villa Serendipity welcomes all guests with a complimentary Welcome Basket on arrival (tea, coffee, bread, milk etc.).

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: King-size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom, and WC.

2. Bedroom: Super kingsize bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, balcony, bathroom and WC

3. Bedroom: Double bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

4. Bedroom: 2 single beds (can be configured as a double), air conditioning, ceiling fan, bedside table, wardrobe, bathroom and WC.

Living Room

This room has a seating group, a Smart television, complimentary WiFi, air conditioning, and a coffee table. You can step out onto the pool terrace from the living room.

A separate guest bathroom and laundry area with a vacuum cleaner are located on this floor.

Kitchen

The kitchen is a modern, fitted American-style space incorporating an 8-seater breakfast table. It is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, kettle, oven and hob, filter coffee machine, toaster and all the utensils required for a self-catering property.

Pool and Terraces

The infinity pool and surrounding terrace provide the perfect space for outdoor living with a BBQ, outdoor seating, an alfresco dining table, sun loungers, and parasols. At the villa entrance there is a shady courtyard area with seating. Crowning the villa is a spacious roof terrace with breathtaking elevated views of the sea, bay and harbour. This space is furnished with outdoor seating and a well-equipped kitchenette so you can prepare your evening beverages while the sun goes down behind the mountains. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please ask when booking to find out the additional cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property. An Idyllic Escape with Stunning Views and Absolute Comfort ”

Villa Serendipity was simply unforgettable. From the moment we walked in, we were captivated by the panoramic views over the Mediterranean—watching the sunsets here was magical! The infinity pool was a favourite spot; relaxing by it with that view was paradise itself. Each bedroom was thoughtfully designed with its own en-suite, adding a touch of luxury and privacy. The villa had everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to spacious outdoor areas for lounging and dining. Truly a hidden gem, and I’d return in a heartbeat!

Can I add additional guests?

If you need to add extra guests to the reservation, you may do so by contacting our customer service team. As long as the total number of guests does not exceed the maximum number of guests the property can accommodate, then there should not be a problem.

Is the Villa available in winter?

Unfortunately, not all of our villas are available all year. If you are looking for a property during winter (November to April), we suggest you contact us to check whether your selected villa is available.

Can I request a hold on the property?

Yes, we can usually put your dates on hold for 24-48 hours to give you time to book your flights and liaise with the other party members. If a property is already on hold for another customer request, we will advise you of this at the time of your request and let you know the time frame for the current holders.

Is the price shown per person or property?

Our prices are for the rental of the whole property for up to the maximum capacity displayed on the property page. We only include the total cost of the accommodation with no extras. To give you the greatest flexibility, prices do not include flights, airport transfers, car hire, insurance etc., and you are free to purchase those items from any agents of your choice.

Can I book online?

You can send a booking request online. However, our website is not currently set up for instant booking. When we receive your booking request, we will contact you to confirm availability and arrange for your booking deposit to be paid. Please note that you will not receive an immediate response if you send a request outside of our office hours. We will contact you back as early as possible on the next working day, so you should provide relevant contact details. Bookings will only be confirmed upon receiving a confirmation email after receiving the first payment.
