Villa Serendipity leaves no stone unturned when it comes to providing guests with the ultimate comfort and convenience. The villa features a spacious living area, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a dining space that opens onto a terrace with panoramic sea views. The highlight of the villa is the expansive outdoor area, which includes a private infinity pool, sun loungers, and a shaded dining area for al fresco meals. There's also a rooftop terrace where guests can enjoy cocktails while watching the sun dip below the horizon.

Villa Serendipity welcomes all guests with a complimentary Welcome Basket on arrival (tea, coffee, bread, milk etc.).

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: King-size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom, and WC.

2. Bedroom: Super kingsize bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, balcony, bathroom and WC

3. Bedroom: Double bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

4. Bedroom: 2 single beds (can be configured as a double), air conditioning, ceiling fan, bedside table, wardrobe, bathroom and WC.

Living Room

This room has a seating group, a Smart television, complimentary WiFi, air conditioning, and a coffee table. You can step out onto the pool terrace from the living room.

A separate guest bathroom and laundry area with a vacuum cleaner are located on this floor.

Kitchen

The kitchen is a modern, fitted American-style space incorporating an 8-seater breakfast table. It is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, kettle, oven and hob, filter coffee machine, toaster and all the utensils required for a self-catering property.

Pool and Terraces

The infinity pool and surrounding terrace provide the perfect space for outdoor living with a BBQ, outdoor seating, an alfresco dining table, sun loungers, and parasols. At the villa entrance there is a shady courtyard area with seating. Crowning the villa is a spacious roof terrace with breathtaking elevated views of the sea, bay and harbour. This space is furnished with outdoor seating and a well-equipped kitchenette so you can prepare your evening beverages while the sun goes down behind the mountains. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please ask when booking to find out the additional cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property. An Idyllic Escape with Stunning Views and Absolute Comfort ”

Villa Serendipity was simply unforgettable. From the moment we walked in, we were captivated by the panoramic views over the Mediterranean—watching the sunsets here was magical! The infinity pool was a favourite spot; relaxing by it with that view was paradise itself. Each bedroom was thoughtfully designed with its own en-suite, adding a touch of luxury and privacy. The villa had everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to spacious outdoor areas for lounging and dining. Truly a hidden gem, and I’d return in a heartbeat!

When is the pool cleaned?

Most maintenance teams complete pool cleaning six days a week, and the attendant usually comes very early in the morning to avoid disturbing guests.

Is the pool heated?

We have a specialised category for villas that have heated pools. Some of the villas in this category have indoor heated pools, some have outdoor heated pools, and some have both. Generally, there is an additional charge for pool heating, and the heating option is unavailable between June- September. It would help if you enquired about pool heating at the time of booking, and we can advise you on the cost of this additional service.

Does the Villa have Wi-Fi?

Yes, all properties listed on our site have free Wi-Fi included in the rental price.

What is the check-in procedure?

The check-in procedure depends on which property you have selected for your holiday. Some villas are fitted with key boxes so the key code will be provided to you before your arrival, and you can complete a self-check-in. In other properties, you will be handed a physical key by either the maintenance team or the property owner on arrival. We require passport details for all guests staying at the property, and you may send this to us before your arrival or, at the latest, by 7 p.m. on the day of your arrival.

Can I add additional guests?

If you need to add extra guests to the reservation, you may do so by contacting our customer service team. As long as the total number of guests does not exceed the maximum number of guests the property can accommodate, then there should not be a problem.
