Kitchen

The contemporary kitchen is well-equipped and is set up toward the back of the interior space on the ground floor, allowing you to enjoy a self-catering vacation. It includes all necessary utensils and plates in addition to a dishwasher, indoor dining table, fridge freezer, kettle, microwave, toaster, oven, and hob.

Living Room

The villa's living spaces are designed to inspire relaxation and socializing. The open-plan living area features plush sofas and chairs, a cosy fireplace, and a state-of-the-art entertainment system, providing the perfect setting for gatherings or quiet evenings spent indoors. The fully equipped modern kitchen is a haven for aspiring chefs, with top-of-the-line appliances and ample counter space for culinary creations.

Terrace and Pool
The terrace patio extends into beautiful greenery out from the lower ground living space. There are ample sun loungers, comfortable outdoor seating, and parasols arranged around the elongated private pool. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance
We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit
The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
