This striking villa is situated in the peaceful Kalamar area of Kalkan, boasting unrivalled views reaching far out to sea. Finished to the highest standard our villa has great amenities to keep your whole group entertained. An infinity edged pool, pool, foosball and table tennis tables are available for your enjoyment and a range of sports equipment is also provided. With 3 deluxe bedrooms which sleep up to 6 guests and a master room with jacuzzi you will be sure to fall in love with villa Skylight.

Bedrooms

3. Bedroom: Double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

Living Room
The contemporary lounge area is tastefully decorated with modern furnishings so you can relax and entertain on long summer evenings. This room is complete with seating group, TV, free internet, air conditioning, pinball game, coffee table and separate WC. Glass doors provide easy access to the pool terrace which is adjacent to the living room.

Kitchen
The American style kitchen is fully fitted and ultra-modern in design. It has all the facilities you need for a self-catering holiday including a dishwasher, washing machine, indoor dining table, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, oven and hob and all the dinnerware and utensils you could require.

Terrace and Pool
To the front of the villa is a private terrace with infinity pool and integrated shallow area ideal for children to paddle in. The surrounding patio is furnished with sun loungers, outdoor seating group, alfresco dining table, swing for relaxing, table tennis table, BBQ and parasols. The pool attendant completes daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance
We clean the villa before your arrival and once per week after check. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit
The security deposit for this villa is £100 which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
