Villa Su

Villa Su Kalkan is a striking 4-storey villa situated in a central location in Kalkan’s Ortaalan area. This villa has a secluded terrace which is surrounded by high walls and a retractable curtain system, so it offers high levels of privacy to our guests when swimming or sunbathing. The outside space is very well maintained and offers multiple areas for sitting and dining in the shade and in the sun. If you enjoy dining alfresco, Villa Su offers excellent facilities including a gas BBQ and a very well-constructed outside kitchen and dining area. There is a good-sized private pool and sun terrace with loungers, so you can cool off on a hot summer day.
The interior has incredibly well-appointed rooms, and the use of artwork and bespoke furnishings create beautiful rooms on every level. It features four lovely bedrooms with sea-facing balconies and private bathrooms with walk-in showers. The jewel of this gorgeous property is the palatial roof terrace. This space is furnished with a plush seating area and a second alfresco dining space. There is also a large circular seat and outdoor jacuzzi placed under a shaded pergola. The elevated terrace offers incredible views of the town and harbour which are spectacular when lit up at night. During the day you can take relief from the midday sun on this shady terrace and admire the sea views.

Living Room

The lounge area is one level above the pool terrace and has a cosy sitting room ideal for entertaining. The lounge has a relaxing ambience, and far-reaching sea views perfect for unwinding after a long day in the sun. This room has a seating group, LCD television, free internet, indoor dining table, air conditioning, coffee table and WC. You can go to the pool terrace from the living room via a flight of external steps.

Kitchen

The kitchen is a modern fitted American-style space with a breakfast table. It is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, kettle, oven and hob and all the utensils required for a self-catering property.

Pool and Terrace

The pool area is on the lower level of the villa adjacent to the lower-ground bedroom. It has a retractable curtain system that can be closed when you want complete privacy. A private pool and surrounding terrace are furnished with a BBQ, outdoor seating, an alfresco dining table, sun loungers and parasols. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
