Villa Sweet

Villa Sweet Kalkan is perched on the hillside of Kalkan's Kalamar district in a heightened position which lends it to exquisite views of the endless sea. This property is designed to accommodate a group or family of six and has three elegant bedrooms, each with a private balcony so you can take in the scenery at dawn or dusk. The bedrooms are tastefully arranged with carefully selected decor and beautifully crafted en suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. There is even his and hers sink and Jacuzzi in the master bedroom. The living space is generously sized and incorporates a lounge and kitchen diner in one. Full-height glass windows sit at the front of every room, providing plenty of light and allowing you to observe the azure vistas throughout the villa.
Outside you will be equally impressed with the well-arranged terrace, which is perfectly set for you to enjoy long summer days. You can cool off in the infinity pool, which spills out into the sea below or prepare an alfresco feast in the gazebo-shaded dining area, complete with a built-in BBQ. Crowning the property is a glorious roof terrace arranged with a seating area and sun loungers, and there is even an open-air Jacuzzi where you can relax under a starlit sky. As the villa is south-facing, you will get plenty of sun throughout the day, which is ideal for sun chasers. Our ultra-luxury holiday villa, whose construction was completed in 2021, will give you an unforgettable escape in a beautiful setting in Kalkan.

Bedrooms

1st Bedroom: Includes a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, vanity table, bathroom-WC and balcony.

2nd Bedroom: Includes a double bed, bedside table, air conditioner, make-up table, wardrobe, bathroom-WC and balcony.

3rd Bedroom: Includes two single comfort beds, a wardrobe, air conditioner, bedside table, make-up table, bathroom-WC and balcony.

Living Room:

The luxurious living room is bright and airy, connecting to the outside space via large sliding doors. This room is furnished with air conditioning, a satellite receiver, a TV, DVD Player, a seating group and a coffee table.

Kitchen

The American kitchen combines the lounge in a large open-plan room and also features an indoor dining area. Facilities and furnishings in the kitchen include a microwave oven, dishwasher, built-in oven, refrigerator, washing machine, built-in 4-burner stove, electric kettle, toaster, dinnerware for eight people, cutlery and glasses. The kitchen is located on the pool floor, with views of the pool and sea.

Pool & Terrace

The ground floor is a south-facing terrace centred by a large infinity pool. Surrounding the pool is a large patio with comfortable sun loungers and an outdoor seating area. To the side of the terrace is a large alfresco dining area shaded by a gazebo with a dining table and a built-in BBQ. Terrace and pool maintenance is completed daily by the attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged conveniently. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

A deposit of £500 is required at the entrance to the villa. The villa will be checked before the departure from the villa. The deposit will be returned to our guests if there are no problems, such as any damaged, broken or lost items.

Villa Sweet is situated adjacent to Villa Eos, designed to the same specification. So if you are a large group or multiple families looking to book more than one property together, these two make for a fantastic coupling where availability allows.
