Villa Tilya

Villa Tilya Kalkan is nestled in a peaceful spot on the hillside in Kalkan's elevated Koredere area. This deluxe villa offers the perfect place for a relaxing natural retreat, offering splendid views of rolling green hills and its own private spa area. Housed on the villa's first floor, the private spa features a Turkish bath, sauna and indoor plunge pool. Crafted to host a group or family of 6 guests, this property has three spacious bedrooms and a master room with a private jacuzzi.

The living space is generously sized and comprises a living room, kitchen and dining room. Attractive features such as ornate lighting, stone-clad walls and an ornate staircase create a warming and authentic ambience.  Full-height glass windows sit at the front of the living room, providing plenty of light and allowing you to observe the terrace and pool views.

The private terrace is equally as striking with a beautifully paved terrace and custom-made private pool with a shallow edge, fountain, and waterfall features. Alfresco dining facilities are available to the rear of the terrace with a built-in BBQ and comfortable furnishing around the terrace, allowing for sunbathing and relaxing in total tranquillity.

Bedrooms

1st Bedroom: Double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, jacuzzi, bathroom-WC and balcony.

2nd Bedroom: Double bed, bedside table, air conditioner, wardrobe, bathroom-WC and terrace access.

3rd Bedroom: Two single beds, a wardrobe, air conditioner, bedside table, bathroom-WC and balcony.

Living Room:

The open-plan living room is bright and airy, connecting to the outside space via large sliding doors. This room is furnished with air conditioning, a satellite receiver, a TV,  a seating group and a coffee table. There is an indoor dining space with a table to seat 6 adjacent to the lounge area.

Kitchen:

The American kitchen combines the lounge in a large open-plan room and features an indoor dining area. Facilities and furnishings in the kitchen include a microwave oven, dishwasher, built-in oven, refrigerator, washing machine, built-in 4-burner stove, electric kettle, toaster, dinnerware for six people, cutlery and glasses. The kitchen is located on the pool floor, with views of the pool and garden.

Pool & Terrace:

A spacious terrace with a private pool and sunbathing patio is at the ground floor level. To the side of the terrace is a large alfresco dining area shaded by a gazebo with a dining table and a built-in BBQ. Sun loungers and outdoor seating are also provided at the poolside. Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Deposit:

A deposit of £500 is required at the entrance to the villa. The villa/apartment will be checked 10 minutes before the departure from the villa. The deposit will be returned to our guest if there are no problems such as any damage, broken or lost items.
