Villa Toros

Villa Toros Kalkan is unique in its position surrounded by a wooded hillside on three sides and its high level of privacy, not directly overlooked by other villas. Villa Toros is the ideal location for the perfect getaway because of its unparalleled, elevated south-facing position, providing it with uninterrupted sunshine and probably one of the last sunset views each evening. Your stay will be equally serene and private thanks to the infinity pool, expansive sun terraces, large shaded dining area, and traditional BBQ that are all surrounded by lovely gardens with colourful shrubs, fruit trees, and plenty of shaded spots. This, along with parking for six cars, a fifteen-minute walk to the Thursday market, and the high street, make it the ideal location.
When you enter the ground-floor open-plan living area, you are immediately aware of the most breathtaking views on all sides, providing a naturally scenic backdrop for your villa escape. The Scandi-Coastal interior, which boasts a magnificent twenty-foot-high glazed living area, features custom furniture and original art. Combined with the high ceilings, tall, dramatic low solar-e windows, and galleried floors, these features provide fantastic views of Kalkan Bay, the town, and the surrounding mountains at all times of the day and starry night. The villa accommodates ten people in five spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms, four of which have their own balconies. Each bedroom has a black-out curtain for a restful night's sleep and is furnished with a gorgeous, comfortable bed made of hand-crafted timber.

Lower Ground Leisure Room

A sizable games room with table tennis, table football, a TV with a DVD player, and an HDMI connection for streaming entertainment occupies most of this floor. Comfortable seating and a dining table are featured in this space, ideal for guests seeking relief from the sun or as a hang-out space for teenagers. A twin en suite bedroom is located on this floor. A travel cot and highchair are available in the separate utility room, which also contains a washing machine and drying racks for visitors to use for their laundry.

Kitchen

Stone steps from the open plan living room take you to the indoor dining area, which has a gorgeous extra-large chunky solid wood dining table that seats ten people and is ideal for family gatherings, lazy lunches, and sundown suppers. Adjacent is the spacious open-plan kitchen, which is furnished with modern appliances and kitchenware. Sea vistas can be seen from every aspect. The kitchen amenities include a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, fridge freezer, oven and hob, and all the utensils and dinnerware required for a 10-guest self-catering stay.

Living Room

The interior is accessed from the private driveway through a lovely front door, leading into the entrance hall with restroom and the sizeable glazed open-plan living space, which is flooded with light and incorporates a lounge area with a comfortable L-shaped sofa, hanging seat, and Ercol chairs, a fireplace, and large sliding / folding doors. These doors bring the surrounding terraces into the villa with outdoor seats, a coffee table, and a pool with lovely views out to the sea. Amazon Echo plays your preferred background music and entertainment. A set of stone steps gives access to a circular seating area with cushions, a 65" flat-screen TV, Netflix, and Digibox (which has all UK channels, including Sky, BT, and those for most other countries), as well as books, games, and DVDs.

Terrace and Pool

The exclusive infinity pool terrace features cushioned sunbeds and parasols, outdoor seating and a coffee table. The pool features a bespoke stepped area with sunken seats. The surrounding terraces have been constructed to comfortably house guests in several sunbathing spaces. In the coolness of the raised and shaded planted terrace, a covered outdoor dining area has been arranged with a traditional handbuilt stone charcoal BBQ and a large wooden alfresco table for ten people. This area is ideal for entertaining or relaxing away from the sun’s heat. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and terrace area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit
