Perched high on the hills of Kiziltas above the town centre of Kalkan, Villa Goktepe 1 Kalkan is a  modern 5-bedroom villa with unrivalled views capturing the azure sea and town. Perfectly appointed to get day-long sun and observe the sunset behind the mountains, the generous terrace has a large curved infinity pool which spills out into the sea below. The surrounding terrace is designed to provide our guests with the best of outdoor living with a sunbathing patio, outdoor shower, Turkish corner seating area and alfresco dining space.
The interior is bright and chic yet has a welcoming and homey feel. An open-plan living space sits on the ground floor with direct access to the pool terrace and alfresco dining area. The lounge area is decorated in warm cream and caramel colours, and the fitted kitchen is striking in black and white with an indoor dining area incorporated into the space, so you can dine in the cool when the sun is at its hottest. Five deluxe bedrooms accommodate up to 10 guests, each with private balconies where you can sit out and enjoy the elevated natural views. Living Room

Ideal for entertaining, the bright and airy lounge has direct access to the outdoor pool. The lounge area is perfect for relaxing after a long day in the sun. The living room has a seating group, table and chairs, free internet, TV, air conditioning and a coffee table.

Kitchen

The fitted kitchen area is American style and combines an indoor dining area. It features a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, coffee machine, fridge freezer, oven and hob and all the utensils and dinnerware required for a self-catering holiday.

Terrace and Pool

Adjacent to the ground floor living space, the terrace has a large patio and private pool. Furnished with sun loungers, table and chairs, garden seating group, hammock, BBQ and parasols, this space has all you need to enjoy outdoor living. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
