Villa Waratah

Villa Waratah Kalkan sits high on the slopes of the area of Kalamar, boasting gorgeous vistas of blue and green from its elevated position. The property covers three floors and has been crafted to promote dazzling sea views from every level, with sea-facing balconies and glass-fronted rooms, all of which are south-facing. The activity hub of the villa is the spacious terrace with its infinity pool at the centre.

Curved mosaic steps allow for safe entry into the pool, and you will feel like you can almost touch the islands floating on the horizon when you take a dip. Outdoor furnishings are neatly arranged around the patio area so you can partake in alfresco dining, sunbathing, or lounging at your leisure.

The villa's interior is bright and modern, and the main shared living space feels relaxing and homey. A lounge and kitchen are combined in one large open-plan room and have beautiful touches like a feature fireplace and breakfast bar area for indoor dining. Five bedrooms are available to host ten guests and are configured as two twins and three doubles.

All the bedrooms feature bright en-suite bathrooms, and the master bedroom has the added luxury of a private Jacuzzi. Perfectly equipped for an active family or group, this villa offers excellent facilities to our guests, including a table tennis table, foosball, and PlayStation. You can sit on the terrace with a drink in hand and watch the sunset over the sea.

3. Bedroom: Suite bedroom, double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, vanity table, Jacuzzi, bathroom, and WC. This bedroom has a sea view balcony and seating group.

4. Bedroom: Suite bedroom, twin beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, vanity table, bathroom, and WC.

5. Bedroom: Suite bedroom, twin beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, vanity table, bathroom, and WC.

Living Room

The lounge area is a contemporary space ideal for entertaining and has a lovely sea view. The lounge has a relaxing ambience perfect after a long day in the sun. Our guests use a seating group, LCD television, DVD player, free internet, air conditioning, coffee table, and WC in the living room. You can access the pool terrace from the living room through sliding glass doors.

Kitchen

The kitchen is American style with stylish units. It features a dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, fridge freezer, kettle, oven and hob, and all the utensils and dinnerware required for a self-catering holiday.

Terrace and Pool

The terrace area has a large private infinity pool with roman steps entrance. The surrounding patio area comprises garden furniture, including sun loungers, a seating group, an alfresco dining table, a BBQ, and parasols. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
