Is the price per person or for the whole villa?
Our prices are for the whole villa, for up to the maximum number of guests shown on the villa page. They cover the accommodation only — flights, airport transfers, car hire and insurance are not included, so you are free to arrange these with anyone you like.
Is the pool heated?
We have a dedicated category for villas with heated pools: some indoor, some outdoor and some with both. There is generally an extra charge for pool heating, and heating is not available from June to September. Ask about it when you book and we will tell you the cost.
Are the villas available in winter?
Not all of our villas are available all year. If you are looking for a villa in winter (November to April), please contact us to check whether your chosen villa is available.
Can I request a hold on a villa?
Yes, we can usually hold your dates for 24–48 hours while you book flights and check with the rest of your party. If the villa is already on hold for another guest, we will tell you when you ask and let you know how long that hold lasts.
Do the villas have Wi-Fi?
Yes, every villa listed on our site has free Wi-Fi included in the rental price.
