Nestled in a peaceful spot in the desirable Kalamar area of Kalkan, villa Greenscape Kalkan has plenty to offer a large group. Seven spacious bedrooms provide luxury private accommodation for as many as 14 guests over four floors. Complete with a lower ground floor hosting a fantastic games room with pool and table tennis tables, this villa is well suited to a family holiday. The interior is beautifully arranged, with a living area that covers the ground floor with connecting living room, and the kitchen is finished with tasteful décor. The spacious kitchen is contemporary and fully fitted with an extended breakfast bar. A separate dining area divides the kitchen and living space and has views out to the pool and gardens. For the convenience of our guests, one en-suite bedroom is located on the ground floor.

From here, glass doors lead out onto the impressive main terrace, surrounded by greenery for privacy and features a large private infinity pool and sunbathing terrace. The sitting and dining areas are to the rear of this space, so you have all you need to enjoy outdoor living. Living Room

With access to the pool area, the lounge area is ideal for entertaining. Perfectly arranged for relaxing after a long day in the sun, this room is furnished with a seating group, Television, free internet, air conditioning and a nest of tables.

Kitchen

The kitchen area is stylishly arranged in an open-plan fashion with a large breakfast bar and stools. It features excellent facilities, including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, fridge, oven and hob and all the utensils required for your self-catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The private garden has a patio area and a large infinity pool at its centre, fringed with outdoor furnishings. To the side of the terrace, a large pavilion provides shade over an alfresco dining area, complete with a built-in BBQ and dining table. Ample sun loungers, chairs, dining table, barbecue and umbrellas are provided. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
