Five en-suite bedrooms comprise four doubles and a twin, located over three floors.
The first double en-suite is more like a self-contained studio with a TV, kitchenette, bedroom area, bath, and shower. Three bedrooms are located on the first floor, with elegant fittings and private balconies. The master double is at the top of the villa and opens out onto a stunning furnished roof terrace where you can catch the last rays of the sun and admire far-reaching views across the sea. Living Room

Situated next to the main pool terrace, the spacious lounge area is perfect for entertaining in the evening. The lounge has a relaxing ambience and a welcome space to chill out after a long day. This room's furniture comprises a seating group, TV, DVD player, free internet, air conditioning and coffee table. Step out from the living room through glass doors onto the pool terrace.

Kitchen

The modern kitchen area is open plan and connects with the living room. It features a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave, table and chairs for 8, oven and hob and all the utensils required for a self-catering holiday.

Terrace and Pool

The main pool terrace has a private pool and an integrated children's pool. In addition, there is a large terrace for sunbathing and relaxing, which has garden furniture, including sun loungers, outdoor seating, an alfresco dining table, BBQ and parasols. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit
