The heart of this villa is undoubtedly its open-plan living area, where a fully equipped, state-of-the-art kitchen seamlessly flows into a dining space and a cozy lounge. Large sliding glass doors lead to the terrace, inviting the outside in and granting access to the inviting infinity pool and poolside deck. This outdoor space is an oasis of tranquility, featuring comfortable loungers, a dining area, and a barbecue, perfect for al fresco dining and relaxation.

Bedrooms

Living Room

The lounge boasts far-reaching sea views with floor-to-ceiling glass windows. This room has a seating group, a Smart television, complimentary internet, an indoor dining table, air conditioning, and a coffee table. You can step out onto the pool terrace from the living room.

Kitchen

The kitchen is a modern, fitted American-style space with a breakfast table. It is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, kettle, oven hob, and all the utensils required for a self-catering property.

Pool and Terrace

The pool area is on the villa's lower level adjacent to the living space.  A private infinity pool and surrounding terrace are furnished with a BBQ, outdoor seating, an alfresco dining table, sun loungers, and parasols. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please ask when booking to find out the additional cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
