Kitchen

The contemporary kitchen is American style, with gorgeous views of the sea. It features a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, oven, and hob, and all the dinnerware and utensils required for your self-catering break.

Living Room

The modern-style living room is an excellent space for entertaining and has access to the outdoor pool via sliding doors. The living room is open-plan and fully air-conditioned. It has an attractive and comfortable lounging area with a seating group, LCD television, air conditioning, sound system, and coffee table.

Terrace and Garden

The generous terrace has an infinity pool and children’s pool combined which overlook the bay at Kalamar. This terrace patio is furnished with sun loungers, BBQ, parasols, an alfresco dining table, and a seating group. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
