Four bedrooms host eight guests in this exceptional villa. The first en suite is situated on the ground floor and directly opens to the terrace area. This is a beautifully arranged double with wall-mounted TV and his and hers sinks. Three further bedrooms are located on the first floor, one of which is the master bedroom suite. Each room has access to a wraparound, shared sea view balcony, and en-suite walk-in wet rooms with twin shower heads. An outdoor Jacuzzi bath is on the patio, so you can observe the natural beauty as you unwind in the bubbles. Crowning the villa is a large roof terrace furnished with a cosy outdoor seating area and a shaded bar area with stools. You couldn't find a better spot in Kalkan to enjoy your pre-dinner drinks than this elevated roof terrace.

The modern kitchen has a central island and an indoor dining table set against large glass windows, framing the sparkling sea views. American in style, this kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, fridge freezer, oven and hob, and all the utensils and dinnerware required for a self-catering stay.

Living Room

Flooded by light through full-height glass doors leading onto the pool terrace, the lounge is comfortable and contemporary. Furnished with a seating group, LCD TV, free internet, air conditioning, and a coffee table, you can spend relaxing hours in this room.

Terrace and Pool

The private terrace follows the bending contours of the building at has a sizeable infinity-edged pool at its centre. The views from here magnificently combine the deep blue sea at Kalamar bay with green rolling mountains. The garden patio has sun loungers, BBQ and parasols, an alfresco dining area, and outdoor seating. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged conveniently. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
