Villa Buse Duo

Centrally located, Villa Buse Duo Kalkan offers the height of contemporary holiday accommodation with a beautifully appointed interior, generous terrace and private infinity pool. Our property is set against a gorgeous sea and mountain backdrop and boasts magnificent bay views from the infinity pool and the outer balconies and terraces on every floor. Perfectly positioned to enjoy the amenities of the town, this villa has a beautiful infinity pool with a curved, integrated outdoor Jacuzzi. The interiors have a contemporary feel with plenty of light due to the large floor-to-ceiling windows in the living areas and some bedrooms.

The accommodation is set over three levels, with a modern open plan kitchen/living room on the ground floor and then a double bedroom with en suite and balcony, a double bedroom with en suite and Jacuzzi bath and a twin with en suite on the first floor. A double and twin room on the second floor share a large balcony, and both have en suites.

This villa has a  games room below the swimming pool with a small gym to keep the whole family active and entertained. This fabulous room is perfect for relaxing and entertaining when the sun is too hot. With a pool table, pinball machine and sporting equipment, you have everything you need at the tip of your fingers to keep the family entertained. Living Room

At the front of the living room, full-height glass windows frame pool and sea views. The living room is spacious and open plan in style. Well-appointed for entertaining, the lounge is finished with a seating group, TV, free internet, iron, ironing board, air conditioning and coffee table.

Kitchen

The sizeable kitchen offers plenty of worktop space and units with a large central island finished in white with black marble tops. It features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, dinner table for ten people, oven and hob and all the utensils required for a luxury self-catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The stunning pool area has much to offer our guests: a large infinity pool, Jacuzzi and children’s pool. A spacious terrace wraps around the building of the villa and has high-quality outdoor furnishings, including sun loungers, an alfresco dining table, a rattan seating group, BBQ and parasols. Below the pool terrace is a games room with a private gym featuring sports equipment, a pool table and a pinball game. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property. Are you looking for more large properties close to this one?
