Villa Unlimited 2 Kalkan is a highly sought-after villa due to its incredible amenities, unrivalled views, and luxurious design. Sat at the top of Kalkan, this villa has far-reaching views of the sea and mountains that shape the dramatic natural landscape. This property is set to give you the ultimate Kalkan holiday by housing six stylish bedrooms, a chic living area, and a private pool terrace. The striking interior covers three floors with an open-plan living space and kitchen on the ground floor, connecting to the pool terrace. This sizeable room is divided into three spaces with an indoor dining area at the centre, set below double-story glass windows that flood the room with light. A ground-floor bedroom is available for guests who need easy access to the communal spaces, with an en-suite bathroom and double bed. There are five more spectacular en-suite bedrooms on the upper floors, each opening out onto furnished balconies with panoramic views. Finally, two bedrooms are found on the top floor, which accesses a spacious roof terrace where you can unwind at sunset and star gaze at night.
The outside space is bountiful, with a large infinity pool curving around the front of the terrace with a raised children’s pool connecting to the main pool. This pool can be heated in the cooler months upon request. Plenty of sunbathing, lounging, and dining space is arranged on the terrace, so you can spend as much time outside in comfort as you desire. A table tennis table is also provided to keep you fit and entertained throughout your stay.

Please note: The pool can be heated in the cooler months of the season for an additional weekly fee of £350.

Living Room

The spacious lounge area is beautifully arranged and has direct access to the outdoor pool. This room is designed as an open-plan space with an indoor dining area. Above the dining area is a double-height ceiling and windows that fill the room with sunlight. In addition, this space is furnished with a seating group, LCD television, DVD player, free internet, air conditioning, and a coffee table.

Kitchen

The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped for a self-catering holiday. It features excellent amenities, including a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave, water cooler, oven and hob, and all the utensils required.

Terrace and Pool

The private terrace is sea-facing and has a private swimming pool with an integrated children’s pool and jacuzzi. The surrounding patio is furnished with a hammock, sun loungers, an alfresco dining table for 10, a BBQ, and parasols. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area. 

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property. Villa Unlimited 2 is adjacent to Villa Unlimited 1, so if you are looking to book multiple properties together for a larger group holiday, these two are excellent options.
