The lounge area is a bright and modern ideal space for unwinding after a busy summer day. The lounge has a seating group, TV, free internet, air conditioning, a coffee table, and WC. In addition, you can access the pool area from this room.

Located on the ground floor in the open-plan living space, the kitchen area is a stylish and modern space with a combined indoor dining area. It features a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, dining table for 8, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, oven and hob, and all the utensils and dinnerware required for a self-catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The terrace patio is generous, with a large, curved swimming pool winding around its centre. Plenty of garden furniture includes table and chairs, BBQ, sun loungers, and parasols. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
