Villa Pine

Luxurious Villa Pine Kalkan is in the Kiziltas district and has five luxury bedrooms accommodating up to 10 guests. This modern property is ideally suited to a family holiday due to its impressive outside space. Firstly, a well-equipped pool terrace with a large infinity-edged swimming pool and an integrated jacuzzi section. Ample sun loungers fringe the pool's edge, and to the side of the swimming pool, there is a shaded alfresco dining area, complete with a built-in BBQ. Secondly, an expansive garden with a green lawn is furnished with plenty of activities for children. There is a trampoline, playground and mini football area. The terrace offers terrific views that capture the whole of the bay and the crystal-clear sea, with the famous Mouse and Snake islands as the focal point.
The interior has a simplistic yet elegant charm and is finished in bright white, with the addition of bright colours displayed in the soft furnishings. From the ground floor to the second floor, there are five en suite bedrooms, configured as three double rooms and two twin rooms. Each room has a sleek bathroom with a walk-in shower, and the master bedroom also features a jacuzzi bath. All bedrooms open out onto private, sea-facing balconies, except the ground-floor bedroom, which directly connects to the garden area. Living Room

The lounge area is the perfect space for entertaining and relaxing area perfect after a long day in the sun. This room is furnished with a seating group, air conditioning, a dining table, a TV, free internet and a coffee table. Full-height glass doors connect the lounge to the pool, filling the room with natural light.

Kitchen

The kitchen area is a modern open-plan space with an indoor dining area and island. It is equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, oven and hob and all the utensils and dinnerware required for a self-catering break.

Garden, Terrace and Pool

The spacious grounds at this villa are made up of a private terrace, a large green lawn and an infinity pool. The garden is perfectly arranged for children to enjoy long days under the sun with a trampoline, playground and football goalposts. The terrace patio is fully furnished with sun loungers, outdoor seating, an alfresco dining table, a BBQ and parasols. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.

Note: The villa's pool can be heated upon request for an additional cost of £200 per week.
